Imagine being without phone or Internet or any digital devices for a whole weekend... It is possible and that's how it was once upon a time. In our weekend retreat, we will learn how to disconnect from the digital world and we will learn - how to be mindful and spend quality time with the family...
Digital Detox
We aim to detox from the digital world and go back in time when we had no smartphones or WiFi.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is being in present, that's the simple explanation. We will learn simple mindfulness exercises
Yoga
Yoga will help us to connect mind , body and soul. We will also do some ayurvedic rituals to enhance the experience

Newhouse Farm Cottages
Situated in the heart of Devon, just outside the village of Witheridge, Newhouse Farm Cottages is a rural retreat. On-site facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool with counter-current jets, a traditional sauna, an indoor games room, 9-hole crazy golf course.
Newhouse Farm cottages are located in Tiverton, Devon. Exact location with post code and arrival instructions will be shared to confirmed participants.

booking POlicy
Deposit
We will collect a deposit to secure your place in the booking. This needs to be paid at the time of booking. The balance amount needs to be paid 4 weeks before the retreat.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel any your booking, cancellation fees will apply. Any notice of cancellation must be provided in writing.
Please refer to the following for a breakdown of applicable cancellation fees:
If you cancel 60 days or more before your Start Date, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date for your retreat.
If you cancel between 30 – 60 days before your Start Date, you will be refunded 50% of any sums paid. This excludes the deposit
Cancellations less than 30 days before the Start Date of your Escape are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of any and all sums paid.
Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
